He was also at the helm of his own company; a label printing company. Here he gained extensive experience on an operational and strategic level.

After more than eighteen years of experience in family businesses, it was time for Michiel to take on a new challenge. He found it in the role of SME advisor at Thexton Armstrong. Michiel is married and has two children. As a true Burgundian he likes to be in the company of friends and he finds his passion in cooking. He likes to sail through the lakes in the Weerribben-Wieden National Park with his sloop and, in addition to his usual work, he is also active in club life in his hometown of Nieuwleusen.
