Paul has earned his track record both as an entrepreneur and in various managerial positions in the corporate business world. His career started in his native England and then went on to work as an expat in Germany and the Netherlands.
In 2000 he left a successful career in the petrochemical and plastics industry to make a start in the consultancy world. After a successful period with international assignments, Paul still missed the contact with Dutch SME entrepreneurs and seized his chance to join Thexton Armstrong to work with the entrepreneurs in the Small & Medium Enterprises sector.
Paul’s experience in business and consultancy is based on a thorough education in technology, engineering and management. By working at all levels within companies, Paul has gained a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses striving for a higher level, whether they are small or large organisations.
His experience is diverse with different positions in product development, manufacture, sales and marketing, market and business strategy and business operations within independent business units.
Paul has worked with companies of all sizes. He is also been active as a guest lecturer at Dutch business schools and has been appointed ‘Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute’.
