Change processes are about the people, not systems
Change, learning and innovation are core values for Wim. This was also the reason to join Thexton Armstrong as a consultant. Together with Michiel van de Watering, Wim will support business owners with business improvement projects in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and Vallei & Rijn region.
Initiating and realising changes in order to achieve the set goals is Wim’s motto; “Change processes are about the people, not systems.” It is the person who makes the change possible, systems support this. For Wim, the challenge is to equip people so that they can embrace change.
Wim is an analytical, strategic go-getter. He listens with ease to the customer’s wishes and requirements, which he then effortlessly maps out so that, together with the customer, he can choose the best solution so that the customer can achieve his goals. Through his open, honest and respectful communication, he ensures clarity, also in conflict situation or during negotiations. He thinks in terms of solutions and possibilities. Wim is creative and pragmatic. Delivering quality is important to him and he always has an eye for the requirements and needs of the customer (internal/external).
Wim is married, has a son and likes to spend his spare time repairing cars, bicycles and computers.
